After conversation with Pastor Freddy Thomas and scanning the news that came out today, I am certain, contrary to our belief, Orissa is still not calm.According to the latest news violence has errupted again today. Looks like the government is unable to stop the violence or they are in the pockets of trouble makers.
Last night alone, 20 homes were burnt down. Moreover, religious extremist are forcefully reconverting Christians to Hindus. You can only imagine what these victims may have gone through!
Please take time to earnestly pray for our brothers and sisters affected. They are in a cartload of hurt. Please, Please - PRAY!

Often times we take the peace here for granted! I dont know what i would do in this situation. Definetely exemplifies the verse " Deny yourself, and carry your cross daily."
