Welcome!!!

Dear All,

Welcome to the AGC bible study blog. My name is Bobby Abraham. Anson Thomas and I will moderate this blog.

This blog is opened for the benefit of interacting over the web apart from our monthly face to face study. I promise to be up-to-date with all the posting necessary for diligent study of the scriptures.

Your posting will drive this discussion. Hence your interaction is invaluable to this effort. Let us be polite in our interactions, but at the same time not be intimidated to ask questions and post opinions.

As Luke reminds us in Acts 17, the Bereans were noble - because they were eager to receive the message and examined the scriptures everyday. Let this be the attitude that dominates all of us

Act 17:11 "Now the Bereans were of more noble character than the Thessalonians, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true. "

Let us also be of this mind
  1. Show eagerness to hear the Word of God
  2. Be prepared to examine what we hear with the realities in the scriptures (as also interact through this blog)
  3. Make this a daily routine
  4. By this - allow the Holy Spirit to build in us a Noble Character

To Do :

  1. Please go to the poll on this page and choose your option as to what you would like to see done
  2. Feel free to post comments if you feel to be verbose as to what your would like to see from this Study

Thanks Bobby & Anson for opening up this blog. This is a great idea to get feedback from participants. I'm thankful to God that everything has worked out well until now and it's only by God's grace that we have made it to this point.

I pray that this series of upcoming bible study benefits all who attend and with prayers God will open hearts and mold lives for his kingdom.

Take care and have a blessed week!

Thanks Jeff for taking the initiative. Surely, prayer is the fuel that will drive us ahead in the spiritual realm.

Let us remember each other in prayer and supplication. Also that God will expand our wisdom to understand his deep truths
